Using this website, including submitting a case review form, does not create an attorney-client relationship with Pro Truck Accident Attorney or any attorney in our network until a separate engagement agreement is signed with that attorney.

Referral service

We may refer qualifying case reviews to independent attorneys in our network in exchange for a referral fee, consistent with applicable state bar rules. We do not guarantee acceptance of any case or any particular outcome.

SMS program (case updates)

If you provide your mobile number and check the consent box on our case review form, you are enrolling in the TortOS case-update text program, operated by DGY LLC for Pro Truck Accident Attorney and its participating attorneys. The messages are transactional: updates on the progress of your case review and a secure link to your own case portal. They are not marketing messages.

Message frequency varies and depends on the progress of your case review. Message and data rates may apply. Agreeing to receive texts is never a condition of using this site or of being referred to an attorney. We do not sell or share your mobile number, or your consent to be texted, with any third party for their own marketing.
